Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is already established in Madan Mohan Malviya PG College Bhatpar Rani, Deoria. The objective of the IQAC of the institution is to sustain and enhance quality in teaching, learning and research with the goal to achieve excellence. Principal is the Chairperson and has faculty members, external professionals and other stakeholders as members. The recommended of IQAC are implemented by Management body.
Goals of IQAC:
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
Functions of IQAC:
- Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities and development of Quality Culture in the institution.
- Development and application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
- Creation of a learner-centric environment with quality education and adoption of required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
- Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders.
- of inter and intra institutional lecturers, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.
